Middle Tennessee Christian Cougars (Murfreesboro, TN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Leeds Greenwave (Leeds, AL), 5-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Middle Tennessee Christian upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Cougars travel to The Webb School (Bell Buckle, TN) to battle the Feet in a D II-A Middle 3 test on Monday, April 1. The Feet come into the test with a record of 6-4. The Webb School lost 8-7 in their recent non-league test against Glenbard East (Lombard, IL)

With the defeat, Leeds falls to 12-11 on the season. The Greenwave travel to Stanhope Elmore (Millbrook, AL) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, March 30. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 7-19. Stanhope Elmore lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Bob Jones (Madison, AL)
