The Farmington Cardinals (Farmington, AR) softball routed the visiting Greene County Tech Golden Eagles (Paragould, AR), 5-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Cardinals (8-3) will now prepare for their bout against Northside (Fort Smith, AR). The Grizzlies go into the non-league bout with a 5-6 record. In their last bout, Northside held off Springdale (Springdale, AR), 10-8, in a league bout.

The Golden Eagles now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Gravette for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 30. Greene County Tech will confront a Lions squad coming off a 12-11 league loss to Gentry (Gentry, AR). The Lions record now stands at 6-3.
