California High School Softball - Santiago nudges Yucaipa

March 29, 2024: Corona, CA 92881

Santiago Sharks (Corona, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Yucaipa Thunderbirds (Yucaipa, CA), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Sharks now hold a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Gorman for a non-league game on Thursday, April 4.

In their next game, the Thunderbirds clash with the Esperanza Aztecs (Anaheim, CA) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 29. Yucaipa will attempt to move on its 2-12 season record. The Aztecs come into the game with a 8-8 record after their 6-1 non-league loss to Huntington Beach (Huntington Beach, CA).
