The Washington Township Minutemen baseball team scored 18 runs and held the host Camden Academy Charter to 3 in the Minutemen non-league win on Saturday.

The Minutemen now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gloucester Catholic for a Tri-County - Royal test on Monday, March 31. Washington Township will play a Rams team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Delran (Delran, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, Camden Academy Charter drops to 0-3 on the year. The host Bridgeton (Bridgeton, NJ) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, March 31. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 0-2. Bridgeton lost 9-8 in their recent non-league battle against Penns Grove (Carneys Point, NJ)
