In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Conway Wampus Cats baseball team scored a close 6-2 win over the Raymore-Peculiar Panthers.

The Wampus Cats (10-0) will now prepare for their game against Cabot (Cabot, AR). The Panthers go into the 6A Central game with a 9-2 record. In their last game, Cabot nudged Jonesboro (Jonesboro, AR), 6-3, in a league game.

Next, the Panthers play the Liberty North Eagles (Liberty, MO) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 31. Raymore-Peculiar will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 2-0 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Lee's Summit North (Lee's Summit, MO).
