With the triumph, Downey advances its record to 5-7 on the season. The Knights host Pitman (Turlock, CA) to battle the Pride in a Central California Athletic match on Monday, March 31. The Pride come into the match with a record of 5-7. Pitman won 7-3 in their recent league match against Enochs (Modesto, CA)

The Vikings now have a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin for a San Joaquin Athletic Association match on Tuesday, April 1. Edison will battle a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 12-4 league win over Stagg (Stockton, CA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 8-7.
