Ohio High School Baseball - McClain wallops Fairfield

The McClain Tigers (Greenfield, OH) baseball trounced the host Fairfield Lions (Leesburg, OH), 19-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Piketon for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 31. McClain will clash with a Redstreaks team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Oak Hill (Oak Hill, OH). The Redstreaks record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, Fairfield drops to 0-1 on the year. The Lions travel to Peebles (Peebles, OH) to clash with the Indians in a Southern Hills challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Indians go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
