The Golden Bears (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Norwayne (Creston, OH). The Bobcats enter the Wayne County Athletic battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Norwayne was overwhelmed by Triway (Wooster, OH), 4-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Dukes face the Canfield Cardinals (Canfield, OH) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 1. Marlington will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Cardinals enter the battle with a 1-1 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Louisville (Louisville, OH).
