The Plainfield Central Wildcats (Plainfield, IL) baseball the visiting Rich Township Raptors (Olympia Fields, IL), 7-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Joliet Catholic for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 2. Plainfield Central will clash with a Hilltoppers team coming off a 13-8 non-league win over Oswego (Oswego, IL). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 2-4.
With the defeat, Rich Township drops to 0-4 on the year. The Raptors travel to Thornton Fractional South (Lansing, IL) to clash with the Red Wolves in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 2. The Red Wolves go into the challenge with a record of 2-3.
