In Saturday's non-league bout, the Waxahachie Indians (Waxahachie, TX) baseball squad the host Weatherford Kangaroos (Weatherford, TX), by a tally of 8-5.
Next up, the Indians encounter the Cedar Hill Longhorns (Cedar Hill, TX) in a 6A Region II District 11 bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Waxahachie will attempt to upgrade on its 13-8 season record. The Longhorns enter the bout with a 14-3 record after their 12-10 non-league loss to Mesquite (Mesquite, TX).
