California High School Volleyball - Northgate can't get by Hoover

Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Hoover advances its record to 1-0 on the season.
The Broncos now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clayton Valley Charter for a test on Tuesday, April 15. Northgate will face a Ugly Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA). The Ugly Eagles record now stands at 3-6.
