In Saturday's non-league match, the Academic Magnet Raptors (North Charleston, SC) lacrosse team overwhelmed the host Irmo Yellow Jackets (Columbia, SC), by a count of 19-1.
Next up, the Raptors confront the Bishop England Battling Bishops (Charleston, SC) in a non-league match, on Monday, April 7. Academic Magnet will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record.
The Yellow Jackets (0-12) will now prepare for their match against Chapin (Chapin, SC). The Eagles enter the 5A Lower District 4 match with a 6-3 record. In their last match, Chapin was overwhelmed by J.L. Mann (Greenville, SC), 12-6, in a non-league match.
