The Lassiter Trojans triumphed over the host Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders lacrosse team by a tally of 13-7 in Saturday's non-league match.
Next up, the Trojans confront the Pope Greyhounds (Marietta, GA) in a 2A Area 3 match, on Tuesday, April 1. Lassiter will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Greyhounds enter the match with a 10-3 record after their 22-0 non-league win over Newnan (Newnan, GA).
The Crusaders (4-4) will now prepare for their match against St. Anne's-Belfield (Charlottesville, VA). The Saints enter the non-league match with a 0-4 record.
