Washington High School Baseball - Bellingham loses to Mount Vernon

Mount Vernon Bulldogs (Mount Vernon, WA) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Bellingham Bayhawks (Bellingham, WA), 7-2 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Mount Vernon advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host Anacortes (Anacortes, WA) to battle the Seahawks in a non-league match on Friday, April 4. The Seahawks come into the match with a record of 3-3.
The Bayhawks now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sehome for a non-league match on Monday, March 31. Bellingham will battle a Mariners squad coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Meridian (Bellingham, WA). The Mariners record now stands at 3-1.
