The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Palisades Dolphins (Pacific Palisades, CA) and the host San Pedro Pirates (San Pedro, CA), saw Palisades's baseball team gain a win over San Pedro by a tally of 8-1.

The Dolphins (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Westchester (Los Angeles, CA). The Comets enter the battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Westchester was overwhelmed by University (Los Angeles, CA), 13-5, in a league battle.

Next, the Pirates face the Banning Pilots (Wilmington, CA) in a battle, on Wednesday, April 2. San Pedro will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Pilots enter the battle with a 9-2 record after their 22-4 league win over Gardena (Gardena, CA).
