Out-of-Door Academy Thunder (Sarasota, FL) backers exited the stadium satisfied Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team nip the visiting Alonso Ravens (Tampa, FL), 12-11 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Out-of-Door Academy improves its record to 8-5 on the season. The Thunder host Venice (Venice, FL) to play the Indians in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 1. The Indians come into the game with a record of 7-5. Venice lost 12-10 in their recent non-league game against Northside Christian (St. Petersburg, FL)
The Ravens now have a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Durant for a non-league game on Monday, March 31. Alonso will play a Cougars team coming off a 19-1 non-league loss to Steinbrenner (Lutz, FL). The Cougars record now stands at 1-6.
