The Boardman Spartans triumphed over the visiting Southeast Pirates lacrosse team by a tally of 15-3 in Saturday's non-league match.
Next up, the Spartans confront the GlenOak Golden Eagles (Canton, OH) in a Region 2 match, on Tuesday, April 1. Boardman will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the match with a 2-2 record after their 15-2 non-league win over Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH).
The Pirates (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Hickory (Hermitage, PA). The Hornets come into the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Hickory notched a victory over Louisville (Louisville, OH), 8-5, in a non-league match.
