The Oak Hills Highlanders (Cincinnati, OH) lacrosse routed the host Fairmont Firebirds (Kettering, OH), 14-5 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Highlanders now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Mason for a Region 4 outing on Tuesday, April 1. Oak Hills will face a Comets squad coming off a 14-4 league win over Lakota East (Liberty Township, OH). The Comets record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Fairmont falls to 0-2 on the year. The Firebirds travel to Xenia (Xenia, OH) to face the Buccaneers in a non-league outing on Monday, March 31. The Buccaneers go into the outing with a record of 1-1. Xenia lost 10-9 in their recent non-league outing against Licking Valley (Newark, OH)
