The Lincoln Lions (Gahanna, OH) lacrosse nudged the visiting Granville Blue Aces (Granville, OH), 7-6 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Lions now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hilliard Darby for a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 1. Lincoln will face a Panthers squad coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Beavercreek (Beavercreek, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Granville falls to 0-2 on the year. The Blue aces host Jonathan Alder (Plain City, OH) to face the Pioneers in a Region 7 battle on Tuesday, April 1. The Pioneers come into the battle with a record of 0-2. Jonathan Alder lost 9-8 in their recent league battle against Bexley (Columbus, OH)
