The Lakeside Panthers lacrosse squad scored 11 points and limited the visiting Savannah Country Day Hornets to 7 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Panthers now own a 11-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Evans for a 2A Area 7 outing on Thursday, April 3. Lakeside will face a Knights squad coming off a 15-3 non-league win over South Effingham (Guyton, GA). The Knights record now stands at 6-6.

With the loss, Savannah Country Day falls to 6-4 on the year. The Hornets host Effingham County (Springfield, GA) to face the Rebels in a 2A Area 4 outing on Tuesday, April 1. The Rebels go into the outing with a record of 2-6. Effingham County lost 15-3 in their recent league outing against Calvary Day (Savannah, GA)
