California High School Softball - Brea Olinda gets by Fountain Valley

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Brea Olinda Wildcats (Brea, CA) and the host Fountain Valley Barons (Fountain Valley, CA), observed Brea Olinda's softball team get by Fountain Valley by a tally of 9-8.

The Wildcats (10-4) will now prepare for their bout against Troy (Fullerton, CA). The Warriors go into the North Hills bout with a 3-8 record.

In their next game, the Barons clash with the Newport Harbor Sailors (Newport Beach, CA) in a Sunset bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Fountain Valley will attempt to advance on its 9-7 season record. The Sailors go into the bout with a 7-9 record after their 14-6 non-league loss to Hart (Newhall, CA).
