The Caesar Rodney Riders softball squad (Camden, DE), was routed 11-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Laurel Bulldogs (Laurel, DE)
With the triumph, Laurel improves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Bulldogs host Early College (Dover, DE) to face the Hornets in a Henlopen South contest on Tuesday, April 1. The Hornets enter the contest with a record of 1-2. Early College lost 16-0 in their recent non-league contest against Polytech (Woodside, DE)
The Riders now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Cape Henlopen for a Henlopen North contest on Tuesday, April 1. Caesar Rodney will face a Vikings squad coming off a 23-1 non-league win over William Penn (New Castle, DE). The Vikings record now stands at 3-0.
