The Caldwell Parish Spartans overwhelmed the host Weston Wolves softball squad by a count of 14-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Spartans meet the Glenbrook Apaches (Minden, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 29. Caldwell Parish will attempt to upgrade on its 8-13 season record. The Apaches go into the challenge with a 17-6 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Claiborne Christian (West Monroe, LA).
The Wolves (5-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin Parish (Winnsboro, LA). The Patriots go into the non-league challenge with a 9-8 record.
