California High School Softball - Fountain Valley edges Centennial

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Fountain Valley Barons softball team scored a tight 8-6 victory over the Centennial Huskies.
The Barons (9-7) will now prepare for their match against Brea Olinda (Brea, CA). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 8-4 record. In their last match, Brea Olinda tipped Foothill (Santa Ana, CA), 5-2, in a league match.
In their next game, the Huskies battle the Etiwanda Eagles (Etiwanda, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, April 4. Centennial will attempt to better on its 8-5 season record. The Eagles go into the match with a 12-2 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Oaks Christian (Westlake Village, CA).
