New Mexico High School Softball - Centennial bounces Riverside

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Centennial Hawks softball team scored a nice 17-7 win over the Riverside Rangers.
The Hawks (10-0) will now prepare for their match against Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM). The Tigers come into the 5A District 3 match with a 7-1 record. In their last match, Alamogordo notched a victory over Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM), 9-7, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Rangers confront the Austin Panthers (El Paso, TX) in a 4A Region I District 1 match, on Tuesday, April 1. Riverside will attempt to better on its 13-12 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 9-11 record after their 14-2 league win over Irvin (El Paso, TX).
