The Houston Wildcats overwhelmed the host Franklin Monroe Jets softball squad by a count of 11-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats meet the Fort Loramie Redskins (Fort Loramie, OH) in a Shelby County challenge, on Monday, March 31. Houston will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Redskins go into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 7-3 non-league loss to Riverside (De Graff, OH).
The Jets (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Bellbrook (Bellbrook, OH). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Bellbrook was routed by Yorkville (Yorkville, IL), 8-4, in a non-league match.
