The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM) and the host Socorro Warriors (Socorro, NM), observed Hope Christian's softball team prevail over Socorro by a tally of 19-2.

The Huskies (7-3) will now prepare for their bout against Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM). The Spartans go into the 4A District 6 bout with a 7-7 record. In their last bout, Bernalillo was routed by Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM), 18-6, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Deming Wildcats (Deming, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Socorro will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 9-6 non-league loss to Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM).
