The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Lehighton Indians (Lehighton, PA) and the host Salisbury Township Falcons (Allentown, PA), observed Lehighton's softball team get by Salisbury Township by a final score of 11-8.

The Indians (1-4) will now prepare for their bout against Palisades (Kintnersville, PA). The Pirates go into the non-league bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, Palisades tipped Jim Thorpe (Jim Thorpe, PA), 13-4, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Northern Lehigh Bulldogs (Slatington, PA) in a Colonial - West bout, on Monday, March 31. Salisbury Township will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Pen Argyl (Pen Argyl, PA).
