Ohio High School Softball - Lynchburg-Clay tipped by Miami Trace

Miami Trace Panthers (Washington Court House, OH) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs (Lynchburg, OH), 4-2 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Miami Trace improves its record to 1-2 on the year. The Panthers host Chillicothe (Chillicothe, OH) to play the Cavaliers in a Frontier Athletic game on Tuesday, April 1. The Cavaliers enter the game with a record of 3-0.

The Mustangs now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Adams for a Southern Hills Athletic game on Tuesday, April 1. Lynchburg-Clay will play a Green Devils squad coming off a 12-1 non-league loss to Portsmouth West (West Portsmouth, OH). The Green Devils record now stands at 1-3.
