The St. John Eagles softball team scored 9 runs and held the host Northshore Panthers to 5 in the Eagles non-league win on Saturday.

The Eagles now sport a 19-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host French Settlement for a non-league battle on Monday, March 31. St. John will confront a Lions team coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA). The Lions record now stands at 8-9.

With the loss, Northshore moves to 13-11 on the season. The Panthers host Fisher (Lafitte, LA) to confront the Gators in a non-league battle on Monday, March 31. The Gators come into the battle with a record of 9-7. Fisher won 20-9 in their recent non-league battle against John Ehret (Marrero, LA)
