Next, the Mustangs play the Mars Fightin' Planets (Mars, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 31. Plum will attempt to upgrade on its 7-1 season record. The Fightin' Planets enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 20-3 non-league loss to South Fayette (McDonald, PA).

The Titans (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Belle Vernon (Belle Vernon, PA). The Leopards enter the WPIAL 4A 2 challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Belle Vernon was routed by Thomas Jefferson (Jefferson Hills, PA), 9-6, in a non-league challenge.
