The Shore Regional Blue Devils the visiting Point Pleasant Beach Garnet Gulls softball squad by a count of 8-5 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Blue Devils meet the Ocean Township Spartans (Oakhurst, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 31. Shore Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Spartans go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 13-3 non-league loss to Toms River South (Toms River, NJ).

The Garnet Gulls (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lacey Township (Lanoka Harbor, NJ). The Lions go into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Lacey Township held off Manalapan (Englishtown, NJ), 1-0, in a non-league challenge.
