Florida High School Lacrosse - Winter Haven drops to Newsome

Newsome Wolves (Lithia, FL) followers exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Winter Haven Blue Devils (Winter Haven, FL), 24-1 in a league battle.

The Wolves now have a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Sickles for a non-league battle on Friday, March 5. Newsome will clash with a Gryphons squad coming off a 13-8 league loss to Palm Harbor University (Palm Harbor, FL). The Gryphons record now stands at 2-5.

In their next game, the Blue Devils clash with the Trinity Prep Saints (Winter Park, FL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 5. Winter Haven will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
