The St. George's Gryphons lacrosse team scored 16 points and limited the host Arlington Tigers to 1 in the Gryphons league triumph on Thursday.
The Gryphons (1-0) will now prepare for their game against St. Agnes Academy (Memphis, TN). The Stars enter the TN West 1 game with a 0-4 record.
The Tigers (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Collierville (Collierville, TN). The Dragons enter the TN West 2 game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Collierville was overwhelmed by Ravenwood (Brentwood, TN), 17-1, in a non-league game.
