In Thursday's non-league contest, the Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC) lacrosse squad routed the host West Ashley Wildcats (Charleston, SC), by a count of 12-2.

Coming up next, the Cyclones confront the Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks (Mt. Pleasant, SC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 4. Porter-Gaud will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Landsharks enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 18-11 non-league win over Dutch Fork (Irmo, SC).
