Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Carmel Christian Cougars (Matthews, NC), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars confront the Grace Christian Crusaders (Sanford, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 8. Cannon will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Crusaders enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Harrells Christian Academy (Harrells, NC).

The Cougars now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Corvian Community for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 8. Carmel Christian will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-2.
