Cedar Grove Saints (Ellenwood, GA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Salem Seminoles (Conyers, GA), 4-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Saints confront the Southwest DeKalb Panthers (Decatur, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 4. Cedar Grove will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 3-2 league win over Redan (Stone Mountain, GA).

The Seminoles now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Sandy Creek for a AAA Region 5 challenge on Tuesday, March 8. Salem will confront a Patriots team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Newnan (Newnan, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-5.
