Alonso Ravens (Tampa, FL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Calvary Christian Warriors (Clearwater, FL), 11-9 in a non-league battle.
The Ravens now have a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Manatee for a non-league battle on Friday, March 4. Alonso will clash with a Hurricanes squad coming off a 7-6 league win over Palm Harbor University (Palm Harbor, FL). The Hurricanes record now stands at 2-2.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Berkeley Prep Buccaneers (Tampa, FL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 8. Calvary Christian will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Buccaneers come into the battle with a 3-4 record after their 16-3 non-league loss to Canterbury (Fort Myers, FL).
