The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the Eagle Rock Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Alhambra Moors (Alhambra, CA), saw Eagle Rock's softball squad nip Alhambra by a count of 2-1.
The Eagles now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Garfield for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 15.
With the loss, Alhambra falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Moors host El Monte (El Monte, CA) to face the Lions in a non-league match on Monday, March 7. The Lions enter the match with a record of 2-2. El Monte lost 15-4 in their recent non-league match against Nogales (La Puente, CA)
