The Brock Eagles routed the host Burkburnett Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 12-3 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Eagles (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Bushland (Bushland, TX). The Falcons go into the non-league battle with a 11-5 record. In their last battle, Bushland topped Bell (Hurst, TX), 11-1, in a non-league battle.
The Bulldogs now sport a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Azle for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 3. Burkburnett will meet a Hornets squad coming off a 17-5 non-league loss to Byron Nelson (Trophy Club, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 2-1.
