The St. Charles Catholic Comets softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting De La Salle Cavalier to 0 in the Comets non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, St. Charles Catholic moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Comets travel to St. Mary's Academy (New Orleans, LA) to meet the Cougars in a non-league battle on Monday, March 28. The Cougars go into the battle with a record of 3-2.

The Cavalier now sport a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bourgeois for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 5. De La Salle will meet a Braves squad coming off a 8-3 non-league loss to Mt. Carmel (New Orleans, LA). The Braves record now stands at 3-4.
