The Wall Hawks routed the visiting Harper Longhorns softball squad by a count of 12-6 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Hawks (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy (San Angelo, TX). The Eagles go into the 3A Region I District 6 battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy was routed by Ingram Moore (Ingram, TX), 7-5, in a non-league battle.
The Longhorns now sport a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Sonora for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 5. Harper will meet a Broncos squad coming off a 22-2 non-league loss to Comfort (Comfort, TX). The Broncos record now stands at 3-8.
