Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Angleton Wildcats (Angleton, TX) and the host Needville Bluejays (Needville, TX), saw Angleton's baseball squad edge Needville by a count of 4-3.

Coming up next, the Wildcats play the Nimitz Cougars (Houston, TX) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 3. Angleton will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 1-4 record after their 12-1 non-league loss to Needville (Needville, TX).
