Alabama High School Baseball - Bessemer Academy loses to Westfield School

The Westfield School Hornets crushed the host Bessemer Academy Rebels baseball team by a count of 9-1 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Evangel Christian for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 4. Westfield School will face a Lightning team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Clarke Prep (Grove Hill, AL). The Lightning record now stands at 7-4.
Next, the Rebels face the Coosa Valley Academy Rebels (Harpersville, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 6. Bessemer Academy will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Rebels enter the bout with a 8-3 record after their 11-1 non-league win over North River Christian (Tuscaloosa, AL).
