The Katy Tigers baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Clear Falls Knights to 3 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.
The Tigers (8-2) will now prepare for their match against La Porte (La Porte, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, La Porte was overwhelmed by Clear Springs (League City, TX), 4-3, in a non-league match.
The Knights (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Brenham (Brenham, TX). The Cubs go into the non-league match with a 8-2 record. In their last match, Brenham was overwhelmed by Texas City (Texas City, TX), 9-8, in a non-league match.
