The Coppell Cowboys baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Lamar Vikings to 2 in the Cowboys non-league victory on Friday.
The Cowboys (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Braswell (Little Elm, TX). The Bengals go into the non-league match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Braswell was overwhelmed by Memorial (Frisco, TX), 6-1, in a non-league match.
The Vikings (2-7) will now prepare for their match against Timber Creek (Fort Worth, TX). The Falcons go into the non-league match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, Timber Creek Red Oak (Red Oak, TX), 2-2, in a non-league match.
