The Whitehouse Wildcats baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Cypress Lakes Spartans to 2 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Friday.
The Wildcats (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Cinco Ranch (Katy, TX). The Cougars go into the non-league match with a 8-0 record. In their last match, Cinco Ranch gained a win over Cypress Lakes (Katy, TX), 8-0, in a non-league match.
The Spartans (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Cypress Ridge (Houston, TX). The Rams go into the non-league match with a 1-9 record. In their last match, Cypress Ridge was overwhelmed by Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX), 4-3, in a non-league match.
