Texas High School Baseball - Taft loses to Del Rio

The Taft Greyhounds baseball team (Taft, TX), was overwhelmed 7-0 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Del Rio Rams (Del Rio, TX)

The Rams now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cornerstone Christian for a non-league outing on Monday, March 6. Del Rio will face a Warriors team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Floresville (Floresville, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 13-3.

Next, the Greyhounds face the Refugio Bobcats (Refugio, TX) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, March 7. Taft will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Bobcats enter the outing with a 1-2 record after their 9-7 non-league loss to Falfurrias (Falfurrias, TX).
