The Henderson Lions baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Troup Tigers to 1 in the Lions non-league victory on Friday.
The Lions (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Hughes Springs (Hughes Springs, TX). The Mustangs go into the non-league match with a 6-1 record. In their last match, Hughes Springs tipped Pewitt (Omaha, TX), 33-4, in a non-league match.
