North Carolina High School Baseball - Overhills loses to Purnell Swett

March 3, 2023: Spring Lake, NC 28390

The Purnell Swett Rams baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Overhills Jaguars to 7 in the Rams non-league victory on Friday.

The Rams (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC). The Bears go into the United Eight 3A/4A match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Gray's Creek ran past Union Pines (Cameron, NC), 10-9, in a non-league match.

The Jaguars (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Triton (Erwin, NC). The Hawks go into the All American 3A/4A match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Triton ran past Union Pines (Cameron, NC), 11-1, in a non-league match.
